The New Embassy Campus is situated on 10 acres of land and includes an office building, a US marine corps residence, a utility building and multiple access pavilions. It is an environmentally sustainable platform for diplomacy in the Hague. DESA scope covers the management and execution of the structural works of approximately 14,500 m³ concrete, 1,550 tons rebar, 45,000 m² formwork, as well as the management and execution of architectural works of 10,000 m² brick wall, 2,700 m² stone & metal cladding, 2,800 m² glass, 8,000 m² carpet-porcelain-stone flooring, 5,000 m² suspended ceiling, 12,000 m² drywall and 7,000 m² waterproofing works.
